The process 

Led by a Director level team, it is our role to ensure the build and delivery of your new space uses the very best professional teams and all aspects of the project are delivered on time and in budget.

To deliver our promise, we will take full ownership of your project, tailoring our approach based on your specific requirements. 

01 – INITIAL PHASE

  • Produce your initial brief, budget, service requirements and establish key milestones.
  • Provide test fits and help with initial designs
  • Identify, manage and mitigate all potential risks
  • Introduce you to appropriate contractors who can deliver your project

02 – PRE-CONTRACT

  • Prepare your design and the best procurement strategy for you
  • Ensure your statutory obligations and regulations are adhered to
  • Consolidate a robust pricing, design and contract pack
  • Analyse returned submissions and execute contracts with your preferred contractor
  • Continuously sanity check all costs provided by your preferred contractor to ensure you are getting value for money at all times

03 – BUILD

  • Act as the contract administrator issuing all project administration on your behalf
  • Monitor and oversee all construction work in line with defined quality expectations
  • Apply change control procedures authorising any deviation from the original contract
  • Drive construction progress in accordance with the timeline to practical completion
