INTRODUCTION
- Due to the impact of COVID-19, the emergence of working from home and the already fluid nature of F-Secure’s workforce, the business is looking at its occupational strategy and whether a flexible workplace solution could be delivered across their portfolio to help accommodate both current and projected headcount growth and the employees needs for the workplace.
- As part of this process, COREP Group have been instructed to support F-Secure in developing an appropriate brief and workplace strategy – the first stage of which is enclosed and provides analysis of the business’ existing workplace and likely future needs.
- Once the enclosed report has been discussed and size requirements agreed, an appropriate real estate strategy will be implemented to facilitate both your current and proposed future Headcount projections.
